Andrew Pearson Introduction:
I view those who are seeking therapy as being in a location in their life which doesn’t work and is causing pain and suffering. There is, however, another potential location in which the pain and suffering are alleviated, and one can relax, enjoy, trust, and have purpose, meaning and satisfaction. The path between the locations, however, is precarious, difficult and painful. My job is not to protect you from the perils of your path or to keep you free of pain, but rather to lovingly and gently walk with you along your path and help guide you to your destination.
I don’t claim to have all the answers – some of the best work in therapy happens when a client challenges me about what I say during a therapy session! I am grateful to work with people of all flavors – all ethnicities, nationalities, backgrounds, sexual orientations, occupations, etc.
Therapy can feel scary. It is VERY important to have a therapist that you feel comfortable with and that actually helps you. While I am a highly qualified psychologist, my most important qualification is that I will be with you as a genuine, compassionate human being.
Stephanie Seibel Introduction:
These complicated times demand a lot of us. Stephanie is passionate about helping people heal trauma, cultivate an embodied foundation of self-love, and move towards authentically meaningful lives. She works at the intersection of the personal and the collective: healing the personal, intergenerational, and cultural challenges we face through radial self-love, deep nervous system healing, and the actualization of one’s authentic gifts and passions. Stephanie draws from a holistic background to create a warm and genuine environment for healing. Her specialties include: trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, attachment, relationships, identity and life purpose. She has a particular passion for helping young people come of age, and helping all of us build lives that are free from trauma, authentic, and meaningful. As songwriter Leonard Cohen once put it: “there is a crack, a crack in everything… That’s where the light comes in.”
